FAQ

So what type of stories are these and why should I be interested?

Ultimately The Eclyptical beats is a story that was born and not created. These stories have heart, complexity and depth. If you like stories that get you thinking and guessing then you'll like these.

So what is this book about?

The Ecliptical Beast series is comprised of four stories set over two books (also side stories), the first three- the above mentioned- are in the first book. Each story is set a year apart from the next apart from the third which is two and half to three years after the third.

The series is mainly centred around two characters:

Victor Drunhurst - Monster hunter

Edward Morrel - Poor, unfortunate, more-than-meets-the-eye soul

But others will pop in and out of their world throughout the course of the series and by the fourth book the character base will have expanded considerably.

The universe isn't entirely the same aso ours- obviously: monsters, I could almost go so far as to say it is an alternate universe and so there is understandebly historical discrepencies.

The Ecliptical Beast:

Set in an late 17th/18th Century America the young 'Pest Controller' Edward Morrel gets much more than he bargained for when called to a mysterious village to deal with some wild dogs.

The Living Flesh:

Victor Drunhurst travels down to the Wild West to aid an army camp that is being savaged by a mysterious and seemingly invisible assailant.

Bloodfarm:

With the dawn of science and the loss of the belief in the supernatural the Hunter Victor Drunhurst's place in the world is beginning to look shaky, however he doesn't even seem to notice. Unaware of his vulnerability (but slowly growing more certain that things aren't right) Victor takes a job down South for a client who despises him and may just find himself heading for a fall.

So when will these books be released?

As of yet I can't say. I am at the moment very busy and am in the process of writing the first draft; I  will alos be illustrating them so it may be some time, however you ought to expect to see them hopefully within a few years!

So you will be illustrating them yourself?

Yes I will! And hopefully in the back you'll get a Gallery of my past attempts to- not to mention all the sketches and scribbles I'll be posting up here for your viewing pleasure!

Can I have stuff put up on here to?

Of course you can! If you do any fanart of fanfiction for the series I'm more than happy to post them up on here for others to enjoy and comment on! Just send your work to

meteorprime@gmail.co.uk

The more the merrier!
